The place was sparkling clean and very homely with every need catered for. The location was fantastic and we'll definitely be back. Kathy was very welcoming and friendly.

Hosts Kathy and Georgia were friendly,welcoming and helpful.We loved the quirky attic rooms and for two of us (sister and brother)had plenty of space.There are so many personal touches in rooms -it is really interesting and clever use of space.It was lovely to have living flame fire in lounge which was cosy as we travelled in winter.Glenelg has lovely beaches ,restaurants and cafes and we enjoyed lovely walks along promenade in winter sunshine as well as spectacular sunsets.Location was adjacent to my aunt's complex who we were visiting for her 90th birthday celebrations but travel into Adelaide was easy on tram.We also saw International Women's football game in Cooper's stadium and atmosphere was terrific.Aussies are warm and welcoming and public transport excellent again with helpful staff.

the comfort and ease of our checkin and out. plenty of everything, all we needed. great location and property was clean, great value with plenty for breakfast. Id recommend it, pitty we only had one night.

its in a great location near the beach at Glenelg and close to airport and city. A beautifully decorated and specious attic, great for 2 people. Large bathroom with shower over bath. delicious continental breakfast with fresh fruit. very completely.

A quaint and quirky property in a quiet location. Attic apartment with large bedroom and ensuite. Everything we expected and needed for our stay and lovely breakfast items included. Bus stop round the corner and tram 10 minutes away for easy access to the city.

There was a cosy lounge, kitchenette and large bedroom and bathroom. Kathy had kindly put the fire on for us so the room was at a perfect temperature. Breakfast was a bonus. Loved all the choices. Excellent location, walking distance to everything. Great communication. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Water Bay Villa was very tastefully furnished, clean, comfortable and spacious. We loved the privacy of being upstairs and having our own entrance. Having our own washing machine and dryer was also very convenient. The well-equipped kitchen was also very easy to use.

After arriving in Adelaide in the rain and cold we arrived at Water Bay Villa Kathy had the fire going and our apartment was warm and welcoming. The apartment was very comfortable, and full of Federation character. The inbuilt kitchen had everything we needed and the breakfast supplies were very good. The bed and bathroom were great. Only a short walk to Glenelg pier and shopping/restaurant district. Kathy and Georgia were attentive and personable.
